Golden Star Europa becomes Kleen-Tex

Kleen-Tex and Golden Star are pleased to announce that effective 21 November 2003, Kleen-Tex Holdings (UK) Limited has acquired the business and selected assets of Golden Star Europa Ltd, in Coventry, UK. Vinyl mats and mop products are excluded.
It is Kleen-Tex’s intention to continue the business that Golden Star Europa has built in Europe over the past 9 years. Like Golden Star,Kleen-Tex is a family-owned company, headquartered in the USA. Kleen-Tex has operations in the USA, Canada,Japan, South Africa, Brazil,and three locations in Europe: Bolton, UK; Kufstein, Austria; and Suchedniów , Poland.
We are pleased to announce that both Pat Vallender (France) and Joachim Heyman (Germany) of Golden Star will be joining the Kleen-Tex organization and continuing their service and support of customers in their respective territories.
Golden Star is pleased to pass their European business over to Kleen-Tex and believes their customers will be well satisfied with the quality and service that Kleen-Tex will be able to offer.
